“From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love.”

NORMAL, HEALTHY LIGAMENTS & TENDONS
Home: Text
Normal, healthy ligaments and tendons contract and release. However, when injured, these soft tissues cannot release on their own. Cleme Consalvo has discovered by applying light pressure to both the tendons and ligaments at the origin of the injury, releases these tissues from their contraction and allows the joints to realign, opening the nerve and circulatory flow to the injured area. This allows the body to realign and heal, enabling normal function of the nervous, circulatory and skeleton system, and is a permanent correction.

WHEN THE BODY IS INJURED...
Home: Text
When the body is injured, the soft tissues (muscles, ligaments and tendons) go into either an involuntary spasm (contraction) or a guarding (lock down) mode to support and protect the skeletal system. The spasm or guarding of soft tissues surrounding the injury can cause nerve compression resulting in aches and pains, numbness or tingling, muscle weakness, reduced flexibility and in some cases, a distortion in the skeletal system (example: herniated discs, carpal tunnel syndrome, fibromyalgia, sciatic nerve pain).
Nerve compression is often caused by repetitive use of a body part or an accidents, such as a sprain or a fractured bone. Nerves in the torso, limbs, and head may be affected.
